Our independent dental hygienist practitioners provide care with one priority—you. With decades of experience, our hygiene team combine expert examination, proactive oral cancer screening, preventive treatment, and patient education to support lasting oral health. When indicated, they proactively collaborates with trusted dental, medical, physical and mental health professionals to ensure best outcomes. Their independence empowers them to put patients first, offering transparent, ethical, and patient-focused care in every visit.


Chiropractic

Chiropractors complete extensive post-graduate training and use evidence-informed, hands-on and instrument-assisted techniques, along with modalities such as shockwave therapy, laser therapy, kinesiology taping, and more, to support muscle, joint, and spine health, injury recovery, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and overall functional movement.


Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapists complete years of formal training and use hands-on and instrument-assisted techniques to support therapeutic care, sports recovery, car accident rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and overall tension relief.


Kinesiology

Kinesiologists are university-trained movement specialists who use evidence-informed exercise, functional assessments, and rehabilitation strategies to support muscle and joint health, injury recovery, ICBC motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and long-term movement performance.


Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a natural, evidence-informed therapy that supports the body’s ability to heal and restore balance. Treatments may help relieve pain, reduce stress, improve mobility, and support overall physical and emotional well-being.

Kam completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC in 2021, and spent two years working as a kinesiologist before pursuing further training in physiotherapy. She then moved to Australia, where she completed her Master of Physiotherapy over the past three years. Kam is currently preparing to write her licensing exam in Canada to become a fully registered physiotherapist.

With her kinesiology experience, Kam has worked with ICBC, WCB, and private clients, providing injury rehabilitation, movement assessments, exercise prescription, and functional recovery programs. She helps clients rebuild strength, improve mobility, prevent re-injury, and return to daily activities, work, or sport with confidence. Kam is bilingual and fluent in both English and Punjabi, allowing her to communicate clearly and comfortably with a diverse range of patients.

Outside of the clinic, Kam enjoys spending time with family and staying active. Having grown up playing soccer and experiencing her own injuries, she understands first-hand the importance of movement-based care and functional rehabilitation.

As a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), Kam is committed to providing patient-focused care. She tailors every session to the individual, helping clients recover, regain confidence, and move better in everyday life.

Kamelia Bahrini is a highly experienced independent dental hygienist in Langley, BC with a Bachelor of Dental Science (UBC) and nearly 20 years of clinical experience. At Near Me Therapy, she delivers patient-centred, evidence-based care including professional dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, digital dental X-rays, custom night guards, and comprehensive oral cancer screenings.

Mady has spent her entire life being an athlete, playing lacrosse from the age of 4 and still play to this day. Through her athletic career she went on to play NCAA Division II lacrosse in Missouri for 4 years while going to school and getting a bachelor’s in Exercise Science. After that journey she came home to continue her education. She graduated from WCCMT (West Coast College of Massage Therapy) in April of 2025. In her spare time she likes to be in the gym or back on the floor/field playing or coaching lacrosse when she can.

Now, her goal as a RMT… She strives for patient focused care, making sure each treatment is tailored to the person in front of her and their specific needs. Which means you both will discuss what you’re looking for and what you’ve been experiencing to ensure you are getting the best treatment and we can get you back to what you enjoy.
